Making your own:

epsom salts are made of the mineral magnesium sulfate act as a sedative for the nervous system. When magnesium sulfate is absorbed through the skin, such as in a bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, is a natural emollient, exfoliator, and much more. Adapted from the Epsom Salt Industry Council Note: Check with a doctor before using if you have any health concerns. Note – they do not create a foaming bath.

a few cups per bath, every 3 days or less. Add Floracopeia essential oils according to your mood.

Milk and honey

Warm 2 cups milk and ½ cup honey on the stove and pour under running tap while drawing the bath. Or just pour both ingredients into the bath while running. Lavender and rose oils make nice additions to milk baths. The milk will make a slightly foaming bath.
